Worry Doll Jars
I made these Worry Jars on accident one day and it felt like something people needed. I brought five prototypes to a small pop-up sale and they all sold within the first hour. So many people have reached out to share their fond memories of the worry dolls and i’m happy to be offering the jars on my website.
The jars stand 4-5 inches tall and are 3 inches wide, 2 inches deep. Each jar has a pocket on the outside where the dolls can be placed when they aren’t busy holding your worries :)
4-6 worry dolls plus instructions come with each jar
I am offering a selection of 8 different lid designs you can select from in the dropdown below.
The drawings and adornments are all made by hand. The glaze is my maiolica white glaze.
GUATEMALAN WORRY DOLLS: According to legend, Guatemalan children tell one worry to each doll when they go to bed at night and place the dolls under their pillow. In the morning the dolls have taken their worries away.
Allow up to 3 weeks for the worry jars to be made, glazed, and shipped. Reach out if you need them to be rushed a little faster.
